"Room was not very clean. Pool was good for the kids. Lighting in hallways was dim. Breakfast was good."

"Police presence throughout the night. Someone running and screaming in the hall ‘they are trying to kill me”. Called 911 x2. Front desk assistant manager Teyana (?) EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer a refund. Nothing!!! This property says Marriot but it is a managed and owned property of Image Hotels. A night of terror for us and not one offering of compensation for the nightmare stay. Stay Clear!!! "

"Check in was not organized at all. Nit enough help at check in counter. No microwave in rooms unless you pay for one. Rooms could be cleaner. I will stay at another casino hotel next time. And I think the word resort is taken lightly because I have stayed on resorts that were worthy of saying it's a resort. And the service at restaurants were long waits for service. And when u dint have continental breakfast you should make sure I have in my room whats needed to make my own as a resort. At least a microwave."
