The room is clean, staff is polite and very helpful, pillow is a bit soft other than that everything is right.

Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof
The room is acceptable, but the shower head spoilt already as leaking happened when we used the shower head. A bit of disappointed as my initial thought Novotel hotel is a very good reputable hotel. Nonetheless, the price of family room is reasonable.

Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna
Spacious, 2 minutes from Wien Hbf, 2 minutes from the D Tram and 4 minutes from the U-Bahn. Staff was fast and efficient at check-in.
