Breakfast was excellent. 2 locations for breakfast. One area had Japanese food. The other western food. Lots of seating space and attentive staff. Rooms are clean. Hotel has great amenities. Unfortunately, most of the amenities offered in room were not available. The room had a great view of Mt. Fuji but the booking was for 3 people and we had one small bed. The only amenities was the public onsen- which we did not need. We checked out within an hour of check in to another hotel.
