"The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but the rest of the staff was great. This will be nice when it is completed..."

"Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

"Inn was beautifully renovated while maintaining its historic character. Weather was great when we stayed there and it was so nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air while we slept. Windows had screens and we were on the third floor. Area was quiet. Our room was very large, clean, and provided lovely toiletries. Free, convenient parking was appreciated. "Parking was bad. Behind the hotel were too small, dumpy parking lots. We did not feel safe leaving our car parked there. Hotel staff was not friendly nor helpful. Overall the place was dark inside and not super welcoming. Had a touch of a creepy vibe to it. I discovered it was a former dormitory for resident dentists and doctors studying at college. During that time they used it also as a research lab. Could have been why it was creepy. Doubt if we ever stay here again."

"We booked here because we liked the chain, and the included breakfast. When we checked in the woman checking us in barely spoke to us, she did not even welcome us to the hotel. When my daughter went to use the tv we found there was no remote, so had to go ask for one by speaking through the security camera. When she brought the remote she didn't speak, just shoved a remote taped together at us then walked away. There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper (for 3 people) and only 3 tissues. ...

"This is a great hotel! Love the free Starbucks Coffee in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel has a great pool / hot tub and restaurant."
