"This was a wonderful Riad set back from the a hustle and bustle of the souks but within a 2 minutes walk. Everything was wonderful from the breakfast to the room. The best feature of this Riad was the staff especially Ismail who was available at any time of the day and no request was too much for him. A beautiful and wonderfully run establishment which I can highly recommend."

"Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. He was so gracious with me even when I had to wake up super early to go on a tour and leave my suitcase with him somewhere safe. "The hotel doesn’t look like the photos. The photos are either AI or photoshopped. The hotel is more of a 2/3 star hotel. Breakfast was alot of food but the same over cooked eggs and they microwave the pancakes everyday. Ali was super rude, everytime I knocked on the door to get in (that’s what they require they don’t give out keys to enter) Ali would let out a big sigh that he had to go get to the door and open it. Yosef was very nice and friendly. But Ali definitely put a sour taste in my mouth...

"It’s extraordinarily clear that the staff want you to feel well cared for. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. That said, just like most of the city - If you look closely, you see the cracks. The biggest bump in feeling completely relaxed was the presence of a dead cockroach in our bathroom ceiling lamp. Overall though, a very pleasant stay with some amazing humans that made us feel well cared for. Bonus points for the tortoise in the courtyard."

"The hosts were great. We had a little trouble finding the hotel the first time, but it was very close to the medina and away from the noise. Perfect for our stay. We had trouble connecting to the wifi on the first day (it was very weak in our room on the terrace), so the manager moved us downstairs the next day. The breakfast was good. We were not able to try their hamam or other services since the first night we did not get wifi and weren't able to plan well, and the subsequent move to another...
