Dann 5h vor Ankunft meldet das Hotel dass Daten fehlen... und mir den Code für die Schlüsselbox nicht aushändigen können... Keine einzige Antwort auf meine Reaktion oder Optione. Auch via Support vom hotels.com. waren die nicht erreichbar. Ich musste dann, nach 1.5h chatten mit Support, doch selber eine neue...
