"Room was decent. Staff was terrible. Cleaners did not replace towels one day with clean towels. Had to get clean towels from the office. Breakfast area was not kept up. Had to tell desk that there were no spoons, no burritos and no milk one morning for breakfast. Downstairs ice machine was broken and no attempt was made to fix it. If you wanted ice you had to go to 2nd floor. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were both empty when I took my first shower. The people working at this Quality...
