The pool was down(only reason we booked a hotel), the gym consisted of a closet sized room with a treadmill, 5 sets of weights and a few exercise balls, the hallways were hot and had a dog smell to them. "Quick 1 nite sisters trip. We had very convenient rooms on 1st floor near lobby. Made dinner & breakfast reservations thru open table..or u can call hotel directly. Dinner in Conquistadore was fantastic. All 3 meals were well prepared & flavorful. Breakfast in la hacienda also good..theres a buffet daily or al la cart. Sun brunch & afternoon tea,cooking lessons etc.. yes its a bit dated ; may not be best choice for ADA,but the value for the price was fair. pretty property."

"We just needed an affordable and clean safe place to sleep and this checked the boxes. The staff were very helpful and it had what we needed. A few quirks for being an older hotel, (had to turn on the light switch for the bathroom before you could get in and close the door in the middle of the night, and there's a hole in the wall in the bathroom where the door knob hits it) but worked great for us and we were happy to use this place. Loved that the mattresses were NOT memory foam! Thank you!...

"Older hotel. Although our over all stay was good there are a few things that need to be attended to. The door to our room was very tight and hard to open. You had to kick it to get it to open. The clock in the room didn’t work. Our room was not cleaned the next day and when I called the desk they said you have to request a cleaning and get on the cleaning list. The next day by 2 PM it was not cleaned. I called the desk again and ask if we were still on the list to be cleaned that day and they...
