Hotel dekat Mount Formartine North Summit

"At first we were put in a room that should never be offered to anyone that pays to stay here it was filthy old and falling apart.... No one who pays for apartment/hotel should ever be put in a room like this. I was very surprised with this. However I went to reception and they were absolutely helpful and put us in a better and cleaner room, the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect we loved it!! Just one suggestion that the ceiling fans should be cleaned they were all coated in thick dust....

"Friendly staff during checkin and checkout. Good amenities include all available in the kitchen. There is also a public kitchen with hotplate and stove beside the pool and spa, excellent for outdoor bbq.High efficient washer and drier ate in our room and made our stay much easier."

"Very friendly owner amd staff, clean and nice appartement with everything you need. Beach was close, pool was fine. Would have loved to stay longer. Next time for sure again!"

"We have seen some recent poor reviews - that was not our experience at all. The place was centrally located, clean, wifi worked great, large spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff and the pool was a nice spot to relax. The rooms are tile and concrete - so not much to update. We have zero complaints and would stay there again."

"Rooms could do with a refresh - peeling wallpaper. A few staff were pleasant and helpful but overall rude and uninterested. When we checked out all we got was ‘that’s you’ no did you enjoy your stay. Food offering at Beach Bar was not great and of poor quality - did not try breakfast or dinner. Overall okay but could easily be a lot better."

"The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again"

"Great Check-In, Needs a Refresh Check-in was excellent. The hotel communicated with us before arrival and accommodated our early check-in request. The reception staff member was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly, creating a great first impression. The pool and barbecue area were a highlight of our stay. Both were well maintained, cleaned daily, and fully functional, making them enjoyable areas to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, the loft apartment is showing signs of age...
