"Checked in around 5pm, and we’re given our keys to the room. When we got to the room, the room was open and a pile of dirty laundry was stacked in the doorway. We found a cleaning person, who was able to stop what she was doing, to move all the linens. She reassured us the room was clean."

"We booked a few hours before our stay and checked in after 9pm. The front desk guy was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and 2 water bottles waited for us with a fridge and ice maker. Best sleep all week. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Great stay!!!!"

"Me gusta visitar mucho Wisconsin con mi familia y siempre a sido una estancia agradable, en este hotel, pero esta vez fue diferente. estábamos en la piscina y según tengo entendido cierran a las 11 de la noche. Esta vez faltaban 10 minutos para las 11 cuando apagaron las luces y mi familia y yo estábamos en ella. Nos tocó buscar nuestras cosas en lo oscuro y ni siquiera el empleado nos dejó saber que se iba a cerrar unos minutos antes. Pienso que deberían por lo menos dejar saber que uno...
