"Room clean, staff at check in/ check out great."

"The hotel was great but I dont think there was a need for an additional $25 a day resort fee. The hotel was already over priced! The valet parking was very quick! The room was very clean and spacious! Our only complaint would be the water temperature in the shower did not get warm enough and the open shower. The little half glass wall lets the cold air in while showering. We enjoyed chatting with the bar staff at JWB's! Overall it was a nice experience."

"We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites! It’s beautiful and clean, and the breakfast is incredible. One thing to improve on: there’s a required destination fee that includes a cocktail reception and a coupon for food at the poolside bar. This is NOT made clear at check in and it’s fine print on a little paper you are given. The staff could have told us details about where to for this - in the hotel (which floor to go to). We were there for two nights and not able to go, because we weren’t...

"This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed! We stayed on the 1st floor didn’t hear any noise or air planes that people complained about in previous reviews. Staff was VERY friendly soon as we got in very accommodating and helpful! We had breakfast at the restaurant and the server was nice and polite, we sat that the bar the following night! Bartender was kind and nice! 5 stars for sure! Don’t be worried if you stay here you’ll be in good hands! Very clean room as well "

"Very clean room, all staff was very helpful. Laura, Allie, and Shane at the the Libray restaurant were phenomenal. They provided exceptional customer service and interacted with us. I would highly recommend this hotel."
