The only problem I experienced was when I tried to Chromecast Netflix to the TV from my iPad. "The cleaning person forgot to put clean towels in our room, when we call reception they put us on hold for more than 5 min therefore we went to downstair and ask for towels."

"Helpful staff, accessible parking great stay overall"

"The staff were helpful and efficient. The room we had was in an area detached from the main hotel. We had to go down an interior hallway, to out an walk across a roof area, and then back into the hotel. A long walk down the hallway in the hotel, down the elevator finally gets you to the lobby. The only coffee available is in that lobby area. Management has chosen to not provide any type of coffee in the rooms. Their sign says it is to cut down on plastic waste. "Multiple plumbing issues. Backed up shower drain, backed up sink and toilet that flushed continually on fist use. Staff were quick to resolve the issues, however, this is not what anyone would expect from the brand or for the price. $30 “destination fee” was a way to extract more money with zero benefit."

"The entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was overwhelming, and every breath I took smelled like smoke. I was unable to sleep at all throughout the night because of it. Hilton promised that I would only be charged $75 for the room that night, and I would appreciate receiving my refund as soon as possible."
