"Couldn’t hang up hand town in bathroom as it was broken. Parking is on nature strip as no where else to park. No solid walls between each unit only plaster so would advise not to bring kids here as we had very little sleep due to noise from neighbours shagging all night and could hear everything. Would not stay again "

"We had a great stay. The area is very quiet. There's a great cafe restaurant directly across the street and the patio of the cafe faces the sea. Every Saturday there's live music from 3-6pm. The bus runs runs right in front of the complex so it's easy to get to Smithfield mall in less than 15 minutes on the 120 bus or Cairns Central Shopping Center where you can find groceries at Coles or Woolworths. "Very clean Staff was kind"

"Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel with no housekeeping, where I was even asked to take out the trash when leaving. If the hotel had been budget-friendly, I might have understood—but given the price, this is completely ridiculous. The hotel was about 80% empty. After staying 4 days, we had to leave at 4 a.m. due to a car glitch—and had to carry our trash bags ourselves because there were no elevators to the garage. This experience was unacceptable and very frustrating."

"Very relaxing getaway. We come here every year for our anniversary as the village feel in Palm Cove is fantastic. The resort amenities are sensational especially the pools and rooms. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Over the years we have noticed the pool area and decking is aging though and could use some rejuvenation."
