"I like staying in this motel. It’s right in town and is comfortable. The bed is good and it’s clean. It’s behind the hotel and the food is excellent there."

"For the substantial price, very limited amenities and in average condition. No soap left in dispenser. Lighting didn’t work properly. No chairs at all in the room. Damaged furniture and some parts of room not very clean. Very lovely staff member however."

"Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and friendly atmosphere allowing for the mingling with other guests if desired. The waterfalls and quaint townships were very close. A great location!"

"The accommodation was within walking distance of all we wanted to see & go to. It was the middle of winter, yet in our room, we were very comfortable & warm. We didn’t feel the cold whatsoever. Very clean & had all we needed for our two-day stay in Kiama."

"Very close to the Boardwalk and park and the free bus their cafe was within 50mts our room was on the first floor so it was great that they had a lift, good size room with table and chairs facing the balcony, the beds were comfy, great shower, the kitchen was a bit small and the heater was very loud, we would stay again"

"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

"We had a lovely stay at Dormie House from 6th - 10 July. We had a room that was clean yet really small to be honest . There was no where to hang clothes, apart from two pegs to hang our coats on. That was a bit frustrating. Also painters came in on the second day and the strong smell of enamel paint permeated into our room ...it was awful , I ended up with a terrible headache and went down to reception to see if something could be done. Gale , the receptionist, went into action immediately to...
