"We love staying here. Unfortunately, our room had some issues. The sound on the tv didn’t work and the pull out bed didn’t work. We contacted the front desk, but maintenance wasn’t available. We didn’t book a handicap room, but were given one. I’m not sure why we weren’t moved. I thought we should get a partial refund since there were significant issues, but the property never contacted us back."

"We highly recommend this place, if you’re planning on visiting various places in the Laurel Mountains. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were extra pillows and blankets in containers, in the room. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful and provided easy directions to the venue we were going to, for a friend’s wedding."
