"Parking was safe and easy, breakfast was not really good. No fresh fruits, and the rest was barely edible. Otherwise the overall stay was good. With rooms being spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for the near by industry."

"The pool and hot tub was under maintenance. The staff mentioned that it was posted on the website but I didn’t see anything. The blanket skirt had stains and the shower door did not close properly. "

"The hotel is beautiful and has very helpful staff. Room is not as nice as shown in pictures- feels a little musty and dark. The view is also not amazing at least from the lower levels. However, it is a great place for a short visit and in a beautiful location."

"There was a bit of a complicated check in with the email registration form, then the text with the access code. Code didn’t work initially but went back down to get a new one. Staff was hospitable. Place is having a face lift for the Marriott change over. Needs some minor repair and painting in the room and more lighting. Bathroom was clean but the shower tray looked poor. Has stains and appears to be older."

"Propre, personnel de qualité, très bon accueil, quartier sympa. Le mobilier a un peu vécu mais reste très bien. Chambre faite tous les jours, nickel. Idéalement situé : métro à côté, quartier avec choix de restaurants, centre ville accessible à pied. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour Chicago qui reste habituellement très cher."

"Nice facilty with the worst service I have ever encountered in what was supposed to be an upscale hotel. I didn’t expect four seasons service but this was like a motel you can pay be the hour. The doormen were the only staff who cared about guests."

"We had bagels and orange juice. It was ok. I was not aware I had to pay for parking, it should have been included since I am staying at their establishment. I had to remember to get a ticket out of the machine and have it validated every time I went in and out, unnecessary hassle. It's a nice place however it's next to the freeway so and rush hour it's noisy, I doubt their windows are sound proof. The beds are hard, should be not too hard not too soft.
