Room and property were very clean. We arrived 15 minutes prior to check in and had completed an early check in on the Hilton Honors app but room wasn’t ready. Our room wasn’t ready for almost an hour after check in. We were told it was because the hotel was sold out for the weekend. Parking is under the hotel and signs are not clear for elevator from parking garage to lobby. By that night, no elevators were working. Hotel was clean and some staff were helpful. But I’d only stay there again if I didn’t have any other options.

Overall a very nice stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location relative to the airport and food spots is really convenient, especially for families. Strong value for money. The pool and fitness rooms were also really nice inclusions (again, big help for famliMy lone issues were the AC/climate control in the room did not work at all which would've been a real problem had the weather been more severe, and though an extra sofa bed was included in the room, there were no extra blankets or pillows for it in the room. Those should be in the room without the extra task of findout out they're not there and having to ask for them.

Overall a good place to stay. Sadly the bathroom had peeling paint, what looked like mold in the shower, and the carpets throughout the room seemed like they could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was good, staff friendly, and the underground parking was nice (albeit for a charge).

The rooms were great and no hassle checking in. You always get the room you wanted at this hotel. Breakfast is great with many choices and always being replenished. Parking in underground garage is definitely worth it.
