"I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff."

"This is a fantastic property located on mansion row. The Inn Keeper, Miami was great, providing a delicious breakfast and history lesson about the mansion as well as a few ghost stories. Very comfortable accommodation. We will definitely return if we are in the area in the future."

"The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again."

"Just a couple issues- parking is limited and upon arrival I was given a room that had not been cleaned. BUT! The staff was excellent and took care of the room issue with professionalism and friendliness. The room I was given was spotless. Great hotel, great staff. Breakfast was decent. It was a very good stay and I’d return if I was ever in the area."

"Old room but clean"

"I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night to break up a longer road trip. It is within walking distance to the Louisville Slugger Museum, and the parking garage ($25/night) is conveniently located right next door to the hotel. "Everything seemed new and clean. The beds were very comfortable with properly working AC, TV, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There were 2 good dine in restaurants located across the street. I would definitely stay here again."
