"The hotel itself was great. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were even able to get connected rooms and open them up between the two. Staff was ok. I had to get a key card redone and it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee, but she was awesome enough to get us the conjoined rooms. The biggest complaint/concern was that there is no hot tub but you can see on in the main pictures. You can tell where it use to be by the pool and that they filled it in with cement"

"The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard."

"Well, it is by the Airport but the amount of noise from 2am to 5am is horrific. I slept better in Afganistan. Hotel is clean and good breakfest. Bring ear protection lol."

"This hotel is extra awesome! The staff is beyond amazing. When I did a marker to make sure my son didn’t lose his things during his first dorm experience, Dezere was right there. Keeping us feed, encouraged and excited to tell the stories of our day was Brittney! Robbie in the morning was a breath of fresh air and when I couldn’t find my son at breakfast one morning he called in the men’s bathroom for me to see if he was there. Dylan was my listening ear when my room remote got lost in my bed on...

"The property was clean but April did not leave a note that we had been there to check in and our room was given to the lady in front of us making us late for an appt. The gentleman on duty did upgrade our room for free but we were still late. Kudos to him! Otherwise the hotel was nice"

"Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!"

"Room was clean and cool when we arrived. There was a couch that was helpful for hanging out. Had a microwave, refrig and coffee pot. Bathroom was good too. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Nice out door pool."

"We love the Brown! Super friendly and helpful staff. We went for our anniversary and felt like we were celebrated all weekend! We really enjoyed talking to the waiters, waitresses, valets, and bartenders. Clean, beautiful hotel with lots of hangout spots for our group as well!"
