"Adorable little studio in a great neighborhood . Costumer service was great as well . I just wish if a fee for damage is going to be charged that it would be just added into the total at the time of booking I hate pop up additional charges when you are trying to plan a short getaway but otherwise now that I know I would book again with them ."

"We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? "I should have listened to the reviews.
This wasn’t a luxury stay. It felt like a business model built around finding new ways to charge guests after booking.
We were charged a security deposit, told we had to pay extra for parking, and then hit with an additional $100 “house rule violation” because there was one unregistered guest. Every step seemed to come with another fee that wasn’t what you’d expect when you first book.
