"Renee that works in the cafeteria was awful to be around. She stands around like a guard and doesn’t even greet or interact with the guests. She was carrying on loud about not cleaning up the bread. I would not go back just because she was there honestly. The rest of the hotel was fine."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Elena at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. She upgraded our room to a suite. The room was spacious, quiet, and very well-maintained. The great big bathtub was excellent after a long drive. I was a bit surprised by not having a bathrobe and slippers like usually suits have but other than that everything was great. The lobby was non-existent and the breaskfast area was inside of a conference room which looked quite outdated and somewhat dirtly. The employees were very helpful. The rooms were OK, but I truly disliked being in the middle of renovations. If I knew, I would not have stayed there. I requested a call from hotel manager, which I have not yet received."
