"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property. "The room was cleaner than clean, light and airy. The staff were helpful, informative and friendly. I had a small issue with one of the locked window being slightly open, allowing cold air in, but this was dealt with same day by a member of the maintenance with no fuss. The gym and pool were great. There were decent breakfast options all of which was freshly prepared. Only real complaint was the size of the duvet could have been larger given it was a king size bed I'd have expected the duvet to match, but thanks to the air-conditioning it wasn't a major issue."
