"Lovely “old” hotel, used to be a men’s clothing store, but it has been remodelled into an exceptional place to stay in downtown Pittsfield. Our room was huge, clean, comfy beds, nice sitting area, desk area, coffee/tea area, and shelves of books! The bathroom was huge, clean, and well-supplied. There was a mini bar but we didn’t use it. Private parking in rear with direct access to hotel lobby. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Great place to stay!"

"When we arrived we were hit with a $150 hold for incidentals but were told we could not get a receipt for it or one at checkout. We pay housekeeping fees yet the room instructions state to remove linens and used towels and place them in the tub before leaving. If i wanted to do housekeeping I'd stay home. Upon removing the pillow cases I saw a pillow stained with yellow streaks and dried blood. I immediately brought it to the front desk. The only thing said was "sorry about that" I was...

"My partner and I just moved back to MA so we are local to the area. We have stayed there just to have an evening of respite together and solo and send our family there during holidaze! Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, prime location, and breezy breakfast options."

"Staff was nice. Room was clean. Parking lot was under construction. Had to park offsite. Wasn't a total inconvenience. One elevator was broken and the wait time was long each time we were trying to use."

"Older strip type motel. That said room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was good for a couple of days that I stayed. No breakfast available at motel though they did give me a discount coupon to bar/resturant next door. "

"Clean comfortable room. Very nice staff. Close to everything in downtown Pittsfield. This is the only place I stay when I’m in Pittsfield. Very peaceful. Excellent place to relax. "

"Pros: The room was clean and modern. Parking was easy. Check in and check out was convenient. Beds were comfortable and heating system worked great. Cons The room lacked towel racks in the bathroom. And the coffee at breakfast was some kind of black sludge that had been sitting out for a while."
