Hotel murah di Mountain Park

"Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. My name is Ms. Redmond 219 293 9601 . I have stayed at this property quite a few times, but I will not return"

I was not in my electric vehicle on this trip but the presence of EV chargers in the parking lot was encouraging for future trips. Overall a great stay."

"We chose this hotel to stay in because of the close proximity to the hospital and the indoor pool.. Unfortunately,the pool motor had been struck by lightning and was out of service during our stay,I understand that it was out of the properties control...The staff was great,the room clean,but I'm so disappointed that no compensation was offered for the main amenity being down.."

"Hotel is not kept up as well as a normal Hilton hotel. Ceilings were damaged in our rooms and the hallways, the carpet in the hallways was bunched up and tearing up."

AND they charged my account a large sum for a room that I had already paid in full for. Finally got that straightened out and the charge recalled and thought everything was ok. UNTIL the day after I checked out my wife checked our account and found that we had been charged for another room. Had to call again. After several conversations this...

"This was the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve visited. They made us feel so welcome and everything was excellent. They provided shuttle service (Deyvone was great), bar with food (Shay was great) and (Marcia )at the front desk went above and beyond great service. The room was comfortable and clean. The uplifting sayings throughout the building makes the stay even more fun."

"I wish I had more time to enjoy all of the amenities. Staff was kind and informative. Property was beautiful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Filtered water was on tap and they even provided a glass bottle for you to fill. It was a welcomed stay after a long week of travel. Would definitely stay here again."
