The heroism of the 40 men and women who helped avert one of the September 11th attacks is celebrated in the rural Pennsylvania field in which their plane crashed.
You can learn about the history of Somerset with a stop at Statue of Jackson the Elephant. While you're here, you can savour the top-notch restaurants.
Excellent value with a top diner just 50 yards away and a fine bar another 50 yards up the street. No need to drive for your eating and drinking needs and the hotel room was clean, comfortable and the hotel support excellent.

Very nice relaxing stay, enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool, generously proportioned room, staff all very pleasant and friendly. Liked the hotel decor which recalled the heritage of the hotel. Would stay again.

Staff were courteous, however breakfast was fairly drab, offered limited healthy choices and the hot drinks were lukewarm. The room door was stiff and difficult to open, the coffee machine tripped the electrics and was therefore unusable, and outside noise through the night disrupted sleep.
