Hotel Ramah Hewan Peliharaan di Mountville

"We used Expedia for this reservation. We were supposed to have a King Size bed. When we arrived at 7pm, we were given a Queen Size bed and were told they were full; no chance to change rooms. About 2 hours later, after we had unpacked, they called to say they would have a king size bed tomorrow. It was too late for us to change. To pack up and move for one day, made no sense. So we stayed and had a less than satisfactory night’s sleep for two nights. The bathroom door did not close...

"The breakfast was just ok. The eggs were watery and the sausages were undercooked. I prefer real cream in my coffee instead of the creamer pods provided. Needed better fresh fruit options. I didn’t know we had to request to have the bed made and for fresh towels. So when we came back to the room after 7 pm, we had no fresh towels. It was an inconvenience to have to seek our own. Meanwhile the morning of checkout, we were awakened by housekeeping at the door. It was not yet time to leave."

"Very nice hotel and close to everything"
