"The staff were probably some of the best ever experienced, helpful, friendly and caring. The room was quite small, clean but not well designed, storage for clothing was just a very short rail, no drawer storage for clothing. The air-conditioning was not working, throughout the hotel, for the first two days, which made sleeping difficult, staff did provide a fan after complaint. Breakfast was the same every day but good and plentiful and definitely a plus as included. Unfortunately parking cannot...

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. "Venue avec mon fils sur Lille dans cet hôtel, je suis ravie de la prestation offerte par cet hôtel. Bien placé ( ligne de bus juste devant pour aller à la gare rapidement), très bien accueillis et petit déjeuner copieux et varié. La chambre était assez grande, lits très confortables. On nous a même proposé un service de bagagerie pour être plus libre pour visiter la ville. Je recommande. "
