"We used this property as a pit stop to the Twilight River Boat Two-day cruise. It's located less than a mile away. Being next to the mighty Mississippi river, there were many insects hanging around our car. But this would never stop us from staying here again."

"The Hotel was awesome. I loved the fresh water in the lobby. The breakfast was great. The room was arranged comfortably with a kitchen, eating, Living, separate bedroom and bath with incredible view of the river."

"The front desk staff answered all my questions and were helpful. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. It had a no frills vibe. I did like the hand soap they provided. My hands felt soft and clean after using it. Outside the hotel in front it looked like work was being done on other businesses. The outside had a sketchy vibe, but I didn’t experience any issues."

"The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the property was conveniently located. Lots of stuff to do in the area. One little thing was a bonus to me. The bathroom nightlight. It may be nothing to others but I've never seen this before and I found it useful!"

"The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...

"Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...

"Stoney Creek is a nice place and great location. Rooms do need updated tho. Our bathroom had peeling ceiling paint and a broken sink vanity that I thought might come off the wall. The sink was clogged as water drained very slow. I did notice wallpaper in the room was bubbling off the wall as well. Probably wont stay there again but it did the trick in a pinch."
