"It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in...

"An absolutely lovely hotel, stunning both inside and out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. In particular, Camille on reception who greeted us with a warm smile and provided cold water on arrival, which was much needed during a heatwave. She also gave us lots of useful information about the area, including recommendations for local French restaurants. We chose one and she kindly booked it for us. "This hotel was in a perfect area, 5 minute walk from the train/bus station and close to all the attractions including the lake. Clean room, friendly staff! I enjoyed staying here."
