"We stayed here mid October and from arrival to departure we were treated exceptionally well. The staff went above and beyond. Our room 803(Deluxe) was kept very clean everyday by the housekeepers and our only comment was lack of set of drawers and a shelf beside the mirror in the bathroom. Thats why we left a tip for them. The location of the hotel was very convenient to both sides of Silema and would recommend to others and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday great. Love...

"Wir waren für sechs Übernachtungen vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Service, Housekeeping) sehr freundlich, haben immer ein Lächeln übrig gehabt. "The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. "Great stay. Good location and staff very friendly and helpful, we had a problem with the aircon not switching off, but it was resolved as soon as we asked. Continental breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Only downside was the noise from the bar (we were on floor 3), didn’t bother us too much but was noticeable and went on quite late, so could bother others."

"Everything about the AX The Palace was truly amazing, loads to around this location. It’s only a short walk to the sea front with connections to Valletta. All the tours operators are near by so booking is easy. We found a local shopping centre only 14mins away called The Point and getting a Bolt locally was so easy. The hotel has everything from a Roof top bar, indoor pool and gym. "
