"Did not have two rooms of correct bedding, despite being booked ahead. No smoking room smelled smoky, blinds did not close, the king bed had a deep crevasse in the middle!"

"We left this hotel after one night - we were suppose to be there 2 nights - the smell or cigarettes and pot were strong in the hallway and going into our rooms - the front desk staff was great and helped us check in Travis was very helpful- but the weed smell too strong that would never stay there again. "We were in the Event Center, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We would go back to our room on Saturday. Sunday we had to check out at 11am; and using the bathroom was horrendous. I don’t know why they didn’t have event staff checking on them every so often"

"The Hampton Inn Heath is overall very good. I have just two minor quibbles. The first is that in-room microwaves are available rather than standard. It seems that they have to be specifically requested in advance. The second is that the placement of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is frankly bizarre and may be very awkward for shorter people. I should also note that the hotel is directly in the landing path of the nearby regional airport. Fortunately, we were not able to hear any planes...
