"I changed 3 rooms during my stay, the first room had a terrible smell, was very noisy and tiny balcony where you could not even stand! The second and 3rd rooms were great!
Staff were very polite and helpful especially Iana!
The location was convenient except crossing the road to get to the entrance was a bit dangerous in my opinion as it’s on a main intersection with no pedestrian crossing or lights!"

"My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. The receptionists made multiple careless errors, starting with issuing a defective room key that required an immediate trip back to the desk to fix. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake.
The poor service extended to the rest of the...

"Bien: Limpieza de cama y toallas y ubicación
A mejorar: internet de baja calidad, imposible navegar bien. El suelo de la habitaciones es de moqueta y está francamente sucio. Las habitaciones de la primera planta cercanas a la recepción son muy ruidosas, ni con tapones. Consigues tener silencio constante. desayuno muy flojo no vale la pena pagar el servicio desayuno porque es mejor desayunar fuera"

"We most highly recommend this small boutique hotel. It is located in the very heart of the beautiful Tbilisi. Our room was very clean and had everything one needs for the comfortable stay. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. All this would already justify 5 star review. However the most exceptional feature of this hotel is warmness and hospitality of the staff and, especially, Nino and Eya, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We have been traveling a lot both for work and for...

"Lovely place to stay in Tbilisi. We are joining HF holidays hiking tour and booked an extra night to explore Tbilisi. The Georgian staff are the main attraction because of their kindness and friendliness. This is what most travellers hanker for when travelling in unfamiliar territories. The room is spacious and clean. Nice to have bathrobes and slippers. No gym and no swimming. Buffet breakfast nice, especially incorporating Georgian food, kachapuri. Terrace lovely but gets very warm by 8 in the...

"Great location and staff, but a persistent damp odor ruined the stay.
Pros:
Superb location in Tbilisi, making it very easy to get around.
The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful.
Visually, the room appeared clean upon arrival.
Cons:
Persistent damp/musty odor throughout the room that lingered all night, even with the window open.
The smell unfortunately transferred to my clothing overnight, making for an uncomfortable sensory experience.
Bottom Line:
This has the potential to be...

"There was construction on the Main Street of hotel which was very disruptive. Shower was outdated. Staff tried to be helpful. We did get later checkout (1pm instead of 12pm). They should have offered something for the inconvenience of the construction (like maybe free breakfast?) or at least mention this with time for traveler to change hotels"
