"Great little hotel in Split. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable: a little dated and the bathroom had a faint drainage smell, but that didn't bother us. About 25 mins walk into the old town and 10-20 minutes walk from some lovely beaches; great location as rideshares into town were only around 5 euros. Staff were friendly and very helpful! We liked the Nutella pancakes at breakfast especially. Konoba restaurant a couple of doors down is wonderful too, would recommend. Would absolutely stay...

"If you want beach access, this is the place to stay as it’s right across the street! Our room was a sea view and it was stunning! The promenade and beaches were recently put in, with continued construction to expand it further.
