"I booked a room there because I was traveling with three kids and I needed a pool, 3 PM check in and a balcony room. I got none of the above when I showed up at 2:55. And if I wanted the balcony room that I booked I would’ve had to wait longer to get a room with three exhausted kids who just drove six hours so I submitted to the room without the balcony. "I had a 2 queen bedroom booked through Expedia. However, when I arrived I was informed that they only had King bedroom available. Mind you I had this reservation months in advance coming from SC for my sister’s graduation. Not to mention I was traveling with kids.
