"This place is really close to Ladysmith! It has a great pool with waterslide and hottub. The pool was clean and cared for- staff coming in frequently to check in. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was substantial! We would absolutely come back again!"

I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. "Staff was friendly. Hotel smelled a little strange and musky. The carpet seemed quite worn. Room was clean however bathroom was very small and inconvenient to use with family. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Pool was clean and did not have a strong chlorine smell. The free breakfast was okay but very limited. Wifi was good"
