"The staff was wonderful and we loved the location- everything was walkable and we explored daily. The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was hard to manage and not flood the bathroom, and it was very loud even with the window closed. The staff provided a very thin mattress pad when asked but it was no more than an inch with no support so unfortunately it did not help, but they were very eager to fix the problem."
