"Our rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff greeted us at the door and clearly walked us through everything we needed to know. The location was conveniently located on a square which made it very easy to fine and remember. The only downside was the we had a lot of luggage and when we needed to leave it, there was not a lot of storage in the space to do so. The staff made it work by putting things in cabinets though. "

"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t...
