As a solo traveler, this was perfect and so cozy. In the middle of everything and I could easily come back to rest as many times as I needed without it feeling like a hassle. The staff was really helpful too!

Location was perfect. Easy walk to all historical sites including Piazza Michael Angelo for sunset. But you do need to be in shape to walk.

Muy limpio, ubicación ideal, en la plaza de la república. Cecilia la persona de limpieza súper amable. Conocimos a los dueños de la propiedad, Nicoletta y Carlo y son encantadores. Nuestra habitación nueva, buen aire acondicionado y hay elevador. Estuvimos felices, súper recomendable. Y el precio bueno

The room was good, comfortable bed, modern bath. Location couldn’t be better in the historic center. Our check in was the worst I’ve ever encountered in traveling. We were assigned a room only to find it occupied. We were reassigned a room which had been assigned to another couple who arrived after us. We were then reassigned another room. 5 minutes later, we were assigned back to the second room. I had booked a superior room. After all of this, we did not have a superior room and when I requested a partial refund, was told no. Expedia itself was a not helpful. I went through 3 representatives, all promising satisfactory resolution. The first 2 ended the chat abruptly with no reason. I was polite but stated frustration in all wording. All of this is documented in my communications with Expedia. I will endeavor to never book again through them.

I loved my stay here. I was even upgraded to a jr suite without asking. The property is absolutely clean, bright and well-maintained. Cecilia and Nicoletta are extremely kind and take excellent care of guests. I was traveling solo yet felt perfectly safe. The location is self check in with key codes. The rooms are one level above ground floor - considered 1st floor to Europeans, 2nd floor to Americans so I was confused when first arriving but that probably also due to my jet lag. The elevator was nice for days that my legs had already walked a lot, but the stairs were an easy option too. The room included a nespresso machine, a mini fridge and a hair dryer. Clean towels, bathroom supplies and housekeeping provided daily. The location is amazing. With a city-side view, the Piazza Della Repubblica is visible from the building. High end shops line the streets. A pharmacy and ATM are conveniently located on the same block. The piazza has a fun carousel and busy restaurants for people watching, including the amazing Cafe Gilli. One of the restaurants has a piano bar which often plays music until midnight. I could often hear the music from my room at night but enjoyed it and the busy street below my room. I did wear earplugs as a light sleeper, and had no issues sleeping. All of the historic district and the train/bus stations were easily within walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
