"This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in a very calm part of Firenze but still in the centre. The hotel is located behind a locked gate and once behind it the appartments are in a small garden and it's very peaceful. The service is fantastic, the owner happily helped us with everything we needed help with. "A nice and clean hotel, hidden away so little confusing but all worked out. Room was very clean, can't fault that. Refurbed so that was good. The shower and toilet were ridiculously high, can't work out why. Felt Quite unsafe getting in and out of shower - only fault. "
