"The hotel was even more beautiful than the photos. Large room & bathroom. Location was perfect. Our room was looking out on the piazza but never too loud at night. They really go the extra mile with the breakfast & little bar area where you can help yourself to drinks, free waters etc. You can tell the hotel is a real passion project & the owners should feel proud! Try Vini E Vecchi restaurant next door. Amazing food and vibes, but make a reservation if you don’t want to wait. We would stay here...

"Nous avons été accueilli par Gabriella qui parle très bien français. Nous avons eu de gros problèmes avec notre auto de location. Elle a tout réglé pour nous. Elle nous a même conduit chez un garagiste en dehors de ses heures de travail. L’hôtel est aussi beau que dans les films. Un restaurant excellent. Un 5 étoiles sans aucun doute."

"The room definitely had old world Italian feel being across the street from the actual Pitti Palace. The room was clean and well equipped. Our room had a balcony overlooking the palace court and main gate. Location was perfect to walk to all landmarks and amazing restaurants not to mention gelato!!"

"Such a good location! Check in was easy and simple, we were able to leave our bags when room wasn’t ready. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Florence! Only downside was the shower was either scorching hot or freezing cold, and the last night of our stay we had no hot water :( but other than that was a great stay!! :)"

"There were 77 steps in this hotel, no elevator and carrying luggage up the steps was really annoying. The staff was not cooperative, not ready to store your luggage without a charge. The photos are completely deceptive and the hotel was unclean. Nobody comes for the maintenance of your room. And it is like a horror film once you enter.
