"Clean amenities, staff was courteus and professional. Easy access and check-in. Only thing was the hand towel was removed by the staff rom the bathroom and never returned. There were other towels to be used though."

"Apartment spotless, well equipped kitchen. The host was very welcoming and thoughtful, always willing to help. Our stay was for 2 weeks, so Claudia left us a care package to get us started, pasta, sauce, milk, coffee, etc, as we arrived later. Property very safe, gated. Easy to walk to the Duomo, restautants, Santa Maria Novella. Many thanks to Antonio, he looked after the apartment. "
