"Air conditioning was unacceptable. It was 96 degrees in Florence (36C) the whole week. The room was 81F (27.4C) when we arrived. The A/C was intentionally neutered to blow air at the lowest setting and the room never cooled down below 79F (26C). Absolutely ridiculous to sweat out your paying customers. Stay somewhere else!"

"This was a fabulous find for our family of 5. The luggage drop worked out very well. We arrived a bit early but we're able to venture out for the day with our luggage safely waiting at the hotel. Our apartment was lovely! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. On-site laundry was an added bonus as was the kitchen. We were able to relax, and eat breakfast while regrouping for the second part of our vacation. Great place! I would recommend staying here!"

"We enjoyed having 3 separate beds/rooms for us and each of our boys. The kitchen area worked well for breakfast and keeping drinks cold. The check in and Numa app worked smoothly for entering the building and room. And the bag storage and access a for the day we checked out allowed us to see a few more sights before departure. The only negative is that the a/c was not working in the main room. It was more like a fan."
