The host Valentina really makes this property worth staying at. She is easily the most attentive host I've ever had in Lucca. Very friendly, great recommendations, and keeps the property spotless.
There is also a kitchen on the property. It's not fancy, but there is a fridge, some snacks, coffee and tea. The kitchen itself has a great view of the ampitheatre and is worth checking out.
The actual location is fairly central to most things as well. The location can get a little noisy, but as the night goes on it tends to quiet down.
I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. It's very fairly priced and a great location.
The only thing is, if you're here and need to get work done, the Deluxe room I stayed in didn't have chairs or a desk. The kitchen works well as a substitute.
WARNING:
If you have bad knees, need a wheelchair, or are bringing a lot of luggage and aren't particularly strong, you do have to bring your bags up 3 stories of narrow stairs. There is no elevator.
Valentina can help you, but if you're not great with stairs, you'll be going up and down everytime you want to return to your room.
