"The reception is on the third floor and our room was on the ground floor so arrival was a bit hectic. The reception is not well signed posted and we climbed all floors on the stairs before finding it. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was simple, quiet and clean. Modern bathroom, tee, coffee drinks in the fridge are offered. The location is perfect for visiting Florence and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby."

"Reservamos una habitación triple y obtuvimos un departamento increíble, las habitaciones muy lindas, con bebidas y snacks de cortesía. Bien ubicado y de fácil acceso. Un perfecto lugar incluso para una estancia larga en la bella Florencia. La única sugerencia para hacer este lugar inmejorable, es hacer el baño de la recámara principal más funcional en el área de la regadera porque al tener un cristal tan pequeño se moja todo el baño, y es imposible evitarlo. "A 5-15 minute walk from everywhere you want to go in Florence so you can pop by in between tours for whatever you need. They have air conditioning which was much needed for May in Florence."
