"Nice suite but very noisy, there was construction going on and they started rummaging at 6:00 in the morning. People above us were constantly moving furniture around till 12:30 pm , so annoying so we didn’t get much sleep, this is not a place for people who want some tranquility."

"I absolutely loved the accommodations. The view was outstanding. There are no elevators, so be ready to climb some stairs. I loved the painting on the ceiling giving the rooms a luxurious feel. The very soft towels and cleanliness of the place on the hopefulness of the staff were all wonderful. I absolutely recommend this place!"

"This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"

"Let's start with the bad things: None. Now to the good part: Everything. The hotel itself is located on a beautiful hill in Impruneta, surrounded by olive groves. The bedroom was spacious and the foyer was well equiped. Both were cleaned daily. The most important, it had two airconditioners making the rooms very co. fortable in the 100F Tuscan summer. Thus is something that is not a given in a 16th century villa in Italy. the breakfast was great. Many options, from Italian cold cuts to American...
