We such such a wonderful experience, the staff are 5 star, incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable. The space itself is so welcoming and comfortable, bedroom and bathroom were well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and the service was exceptional. Would highly recommend both for comfort and location and look forward to visiting again!

Unreal experience. It’s like living like royalty although there are some minor quirky things on account of the property being a local treasure but the staff are amazing and take great care of the guests. Such hospitality is not common these days.

What a gem! All staff was eager to be of service and seemed enthusiastic to help, however small the request. And primary-staff spoke fluent English. Breakfast as an unexpected treasure with an excellent array of offerings. The property is extraordinary and pleasantly placed just on the edge of hustle and bustle, so it was quiet at night (we kept our windows open) and yet a simple 5-min stroll to anything of interest. They also offered two very large rooms for guests’ use and had an ‘honesty bar’ where you could poor yourself a simple drink for a small fee, allowing us to take in the rooms, grandeur, and setting, while sipping some refreshing. I cannot imagine returning to Florence without thinking to stay here as my preference. It elevated the trip to something it otherwise wouldn’t have been.

This hotel was extremely charming and in the most beautiful location. Room was spacious, and the paintings and carvings on the ceiling were extraordinary. Bathroom was large and clean and quite comfortable. The women in the Reception area was friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. Food was delicious at breakfast. Highly recommend this beautiful spot for your stay in Florence. It is in the Perfect area.!! I can't wait to go back.

A perfect stay to feel the real Florence

It was an amazing experience staying here. The room was antique and classy but clean and comfort. I am South Korean traveling with my parents. We felt like we became the nobels of the renaissance. The breakfast was perfect and the coffee was amazing. Special thanks to Agustino(sorry if I don’t remember your name correctly) in the dining room who gave us such a kind and rememberable experience and a perfect Italian coffee. The Leone Blu Suites room we stayed in was lovely.. High ceilings,very spacious, classical decor with walk in robe and ensuite.. Very comfortable bed and associated furniture.. We very much enjoyed staying in this room, so so comfortable.. The staff from the very friendly and helpful reception personnel to the very attentive and friendly breakfast staff made the stay at Leone Blu Suites a very pleasant experience.. Location is great as it is in walking distance to most of the important sights around Florence and has plenty of nearby restaurants cafes and retail outlets.. We had an absolutely wonderful one-week stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful in every situation. When I lost my smartphone in town, the receptionist assisted me immediately, and it was found right away — such a relief! They even went the extra mile by asking a local friend about taxi availability in Montevarchi. Every morning, the breakfast was delicious and served with a smile, making the start of each day a pleasure. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the entire team, our memories of Florence have become truly special. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city!
