This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. There’s a bus stop just outside the door. There are a lot of great restaurants behind the building. The place is very charming with a nice view of the river. Bonus is having access to laundry and free drinking water. I highly recommend this place.

This property is amazing. We will stay here again next time we are in Florence. Everything was so well thought through - impeccable! Room, bedding, decor, bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for your stay! There is filtered water for guests to use! The hotel is in close proximity to the city center. You can walk everywhere. One thing you need to plan ahead is parking. Read about parking on the weekends and learn about the restricted zones. Figure that out ahead of time and your stay at this place will be worry free and enjoyable!

I liked the place and I would stay there again. It is spacious, beautiful, upgraded, clean, had a fully equipped kitchen. It is at a very good location, It has a secured main entrance. Also all the windows were secured as the apartment we stayed at was on the ground floor. There is a safe but it was locked and they didn’t unlock during our stay. The check in process was mainly through e-mail and Links sent to the e-mail. I liked that they communicated through Expedia not only directly to my personal e-mail. There is someone at the property from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only. We had to provide the estimated time of arrival. I was sent detailed instructions on how to access the property which was very helpful.

This property was lovely. The apartment was one of the most beautiful that we stayed in in Florence. It had beautiful windows that look over the Arno River. It had a modern kitchen and bathroom but maintained its unique character and charm. It was splendid! The only thing I missed was that there wouldn’t be anyone at reception after two pm. It was ok though because they had sent an email with self-check in information. Would definitely stay again!
