"This is an example of an outstanding hotel response: We had just arrived from an overnight flight to Rome… took the train to Florence and were exhausted. We arrived a little earlier than expected and while we waited for our room, the cafe and courtyard were kind and accommodating. We had booked a superior balcony room, and unfortunately our previous guests had overstayed their welcome… resulting in a later check-in for us. We were devastated as we needed sleep. However, luckily Federico & Felipo came to the rescue! They got us an upgraded available room so that we could check in on time and have accommodations that not only met our expectations but exceeded them! It goes along way when a hotel realized a problem, pivots and then goes the extra mile to make things spectacular. Federico - we really appreciate you!!! And thank you to the staff for dealing with our sleep-deprived manner! We slept so well and woke up rejuvenated ready to explore Florence. The location is great. The hotel is great. We slept like rocks every night. If we ever return or if anyone needs a Florence hotel recommendation, we suggest here! 5/5… 10/10! We also really enjoyed the cafe / restaurant. I wish I remembered their names, but they were great too."

"This was absolutely a great hotel!! Staff was super helpful. We had an early morning tour and the staff volunteered to prepare a carry along breakfast!! Another morning we thoroughly enjoyed all of the breakfast variety options. Room was very modern and clean. We had dinner at the on location restaurant as well. Food was excellent. The staff also assisted with local directions and with quick taxi service!! "

"Here is my honest feedback regarding our recent two-night stay at your property. While I believe the hotel has significant potential, our experience was unfortunately disappointing due to the current condition of the facilities. During our stay, we found the guest rooms to be poorly lit and the furnishings outdated. Specific issues included old carpets, visible stains on the ceiling, uncomfortable bedding, and aging bathroom fixtures. Overall, the accommodations did not meet a satisfactory standard. I also didn't appreciate an old school heavy room key. Furthermore, the couple traveling with us experienced a malfunctioning thermostat that left their room uncomfortably cold. Despite multiple requests for assistance at the front desk, the matter was not resolved until the second night, requiring them to sleep in bathrobes to remain warm. Additionally, we found the quality of the breakfast buffet to be mediocre and below our expectations. I hope you find this feedback constructive as you consider future property improvements."

"Fabulous hotel. Decor it beautiful. I used the gym which was small but sufficient and went to Angel rooftop for lunch which was gorgeous. Other than that I didn’t use any other amenities. I felt like the room could have been slightly cleaner. I noticed a lot of hairs on my floor after the room being cleaned but other than that everything else was fine. Fantastic location. I would stay here again."

"This is a super cool place to stay outside of Florence. There is a bus stop that brings you directly to the city however we were not able to find the bus to come back, you have to take a taxi. The campsite is about an hour from the Florence airport with traffic. This is a very spacious campground with quite a walk to get from the reception to our Bungalow. We stayed in one of the bungalow's and it was the perfect size for me and my mom. The information desk was helpful in planning our travel, however, you have to make the effort to speak to them. The only complaint is it was fairly far from the city and when we had a flight cancelation there was no way to communicate with them. The call number did not work and they did not respond to any messages."

"Great location and great hotel! Much bigger than we thought -great amenities including a cinema! Mini bar was free. Breakfast is not included. Additional bars and restaurants at the hotel were great additions (multiple!). Also cozy room to wait around if your room is not ready yet upon check in. They also held our bags during check out as our train didn’t leave until later in the day which made it easy for us to explore more."
