"Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit.
