There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful and unique this little gem is. Best breakfast our whole trip, location is perfect, the room was like something out of a book, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Will be back for sure.

The breakfast was superb! The staff was also superb! And the location was as well. However, it was Easter weekend and the party noise outside in the street was loud in the room and went on to the wee hours of the morning.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The people there were warm, helpful, kind and helpful beyond what anyone can expect in recent times. It was like traveling back in time to when I traveled in the 90’s. This place was so beautiful and perfect and I hope they can see continued success. The breakfast was gorgeous. Everyone that worked there should be commended on their expert level customer service and care. I can not say enough amazing things about this place. I loved everything about it. Down to them giving me “a really good umbrella” because it was raining. And helping me get a taxi to the airport and switching my room so I could have a bathtub. I would stay there over and over again if I am able too. Looooooved it. So pretty and the location is unbelievably perfect. Amazing. Just perfect.

We had a great experience staying here! The location could not have been better, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were even more amazing. We asked to leave our bags so we could do more shopping and because they didn’t have new arrivals they let us keep the room at no extra charge!!! You will not regret staying here. We had a lovely stay at this small boutique hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like home. The staff were all amazing, and the gentleman at the front desk was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding—honestly the best breakfast we had during our entire two-week trip in Italy. The hotel is run more like a bed and breakfast, which added a warm, personal touch that we really appreciated. The only point worth mentioning (and this is not a complaint toward the hotel itself, but rather the reservation description) is regarding the “one-bedroom apartment.” We booked it expecting a separate bedroom and living area, as there were four adults and we wanted a bit more privacy. In reality, it was more of a large studio divided by a TV unit. It would be perfect for a family with small children, but not ideal for four adults. That said, we made the best of it and were only there for three nights. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its charm, comfort, incredible staff, and amazing breakfast.

Beautiful Old World charm boutique hotel situated in a great location. Uffizi Gallery is across the piazza. Galleria Dell'Accademia di Florence is short walk down cobblestone streets. The room is large and comfortable and the bathroom is always warm which is good during cold autumn period. They provide free flow of water and juice bottles which is rare in other hotels. Vi hade en helt perfekt vistelse på In Piazza della Signoria – Residenza d’Epoca. Sebastian var mycket trevlig och otroligt tillmötesgående, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss varmt välkomna från första stund. Lovely boutique hotel, right off the square where the Uffizi is located, and surprisingly quiet, given the location. The staff were very gracious and helpful, and the amenities lovely. There was a bar & breakfast area where they kept a refrigerator stuffed with soft drinks and water, and the bar had a ton of bottles for choices (but many of them were empty!) A wonderful gourmet breakfast started at 8am and it was served by the staff around a big table -- so a nice way to interact with other guests, but also a bit difficult to rush it, or get/refill coffee when you wanted it.

The room was amazing, the breakfast was lovely and varied and staff were friendly and attentive. We were also allowed a variety of drinks from the hotel at no extra cost. The location could have not been better.
